Bio: I've been a private tutor for almost a decade now helping students with subjects from grammar to calculus, and I've gotten results. Working with high school and college students, I've helped people who felt their chances were hopeless earn strong grades and really understand the things they needed to do it. I'm a graduate of BYU's computer science major with a minor in mathematics, I earned perfect scores on the ACT and SAT, and my whole life I've been naturally curious and gifted at any technical field I've had the opportunity to study. Through tutoring I've learned that sometimes all someone needs to succeed is for something to be taught a certain way, a way they haven't heard before, so my approach to tutoring is about finding what will make my student really understand the problem. It's fulfilling to see that process through and see things start to click, and it's kept me interested in tutoring all these years.
