Bio: My name is Jonathan and I recently received my B.S. in Chemistry from the University of California, Riverside with my final GPA being 3.63. I have been a tutor since 2023, working with a private tutoring company where I tutored high school students one on one in addition to being a mathematics only tutor where I helped give first year students the necessary knowledge and skills to perform well on the Mathematics Entrance Exam. In 2024, I became a STEM tutor with the UCR Academic Resource Center where I tutored groups of up to 4 of my fellow college students on topics ranging from biology, physics, chemistry, and mathematics. I enjoy tutoring as it allows me to guide students into reaching their fullest academic potential, helping them gain confidence, and most of all broaden their understanding of the material beyond what is required in the classroom.
