Q: When is my payment due for each tutoring session?
You will receive a PayPal invoice via email on the day of each tutoring session. If we have arranged a different payment schedule, we will send an invoice at the beginning of each pay period. We generally expect invoices to be paid within 24 hours, though if you have any questions or concerns with an invoice you are always welcome to ask before submitting your payment.
Q: Can I pay for multiple sessions at once?
Yes. Our payment scheduling options are highly flexible. If you find it inconvenient to pay for every session individually, you can arrange to pay for multiple sessions in advance. For example, you could pay weekly, monthly, ten sessions at a time, etc. We are happy to work out an arrangement that suites you the best.

In cases when customers pay for many sessions at once, we allow them to mail a check for the amount owed directly to the company office.
