At High Performance Tutoring, we have two different types of contests as described below:

1. Seasonal Contest: We have a seasonal contest for all four seasons of the year. They normally last about three months, and we give students three different options for the type of project they would like to submit (writing, art, and science). Once students register, they may begin working on the project of their choice and submit their final draft to us via email on or before the contest deadline. The rules, guidelines, and other important details about these contests are explain on our contests page. A substantial reward is given to the winners of each contest.
2. Weekly Challenge: Every week we have a small challenge for students to complete that are coordinated entirely through our facebook page. Most of the challenges involve going out into the community, taking pictures, writing about something, meeting people, finding places, attending events, and so on. Submissions are all done through facebook as well as the judging process and announcements. Visit our facebook page to find out which of these contests is happening right now.

To sign up for a seasonal contest, go to our contests page and determine the contest in which you are interested in particupating. Click on the link for that contest, and then click the link near the top of that page that says "Register Here". Complete the short form and you will receive a confirmation email indicating that you have registered successfully.

It is not necessary to sign up for our weekly challenges. You can make your submission on our facebook page at any time while the challenge is live. See our facebook page for more details about the rules for the weekly challenges and instructions for how to make a submission.

Registration for all of our contests is completely FREE! Though keep in mind that you may incur some costs in the process of creating your project, but these are all at your own discretion. While the contests are free to enter, you have a change of winning a substantial reward for doing well in one of our seasonal contests!
